AI Builder
Use artificial intelligence to generate Expert Advisors from natural language descriptions. Let AI do the heavy lifting!
What is AI Builder?
The AI Builder uses advanced language models to interpret your trading strategy description and automatically generate a complete EA configuration with indicators, signals, and strategies.
How to Use AI Builder
Step 1: Describe Your Strategy
Write a clear description of your trading strategy in plain English. Be specific about:
- Which indicators to use and their parameters
- Entry conditions (when to buy/sell)
- Exit conditions (when to close positions)
- Risk management rules
- Money management preferences
Example Prompts
Simple RSI Strategy
Create a strategy using RSI with period 14.
Buy when RSI crosses above 30 (oversold).
Sell when RSI crosses below 70 (overbought).
Use 50 pip stop loss and 100 pip take profit.
Trade with fixed lot size of 0.01.
Moving Average Crossover
Use two moving averages: fast MA with period 20 and slow MA with period 50.
Buy when fast MA crosses above slow MA.
Sell when fast MA crosses below slow MA.
Use trailing stop loss starting at 30 pips with 5 pip step.
Risk 2% of account per trade.
Multi-Indicator Strategy
Combine RSI (14 period), MACD (12, 26, 9), and Bollinger Bands (20, 2).
Buy when:
- RSI is above 50
- MACD main line crosses above signal line
- Price touches lower Bollinger Band
Sell when opposite conditions occur.
Use 40 pip stop loss and 80 pip take profit.
Maximum 3 open positions at once.
Don't trade during high-impact news events.
Risk 1.5% per trade.
Step 2: Review AI Output
The AI will generate a complete EA configuration. Review it carefully:
- Check that indicators are configured correctly
- Verify signal logic matches your intent
- Ensure risk management is appropriate
- Confirm money management settings
Step 3: Refine (Optional)
You can manually adjust any part of the AI-generated EA:
- Modify indicator parameters
- Add or remove signals
- Adjust strategy settings
- Change money management rules
Tips for Better Results
Be Specific
The more detailed your description, the better the AI can match your intent.
- ✓ "Use RSI with 14 period and 30/70 levels"
- ✗ "Use RSI"
Include Risk Management
Always specify stop loss and money management preferences.
Describe Entry AND Exit
Don't forget to describe both when to enter and when to exit trades.
Use Standard Terminology
Stick to common trading terms that the AI will recognize:
- "Buy" / "Sell" (not "go long" / "go short")
- "Crosses above" / "Crosses below"
- "Greater than" / "Less than"
- Standard indicator names (RSI, MACD, MA, etc.)
High-Risk Strategies
When enabling high-risk strategies, the AI may include:
- Martingale money management
- Higher leverage suggestions
- More aggressive position sizing
- Looser risk controls
What AI Builder Cannot Do
The AI Builder has limitations:
- Cannot guarantee profitable strategies
- Cannot predict future market conditions
- May misinterpret vague descriptions
- Limited to available indicators and strategies
Best Practices
- Start with simple strategies to test AI interpretation
- Always review and understand the generated configuration
- Backtest AI-generated strategies before live trading
- Use AI as a starting point, then refine manually
- Don't blindly trust AI output - verify everything
Example Workflow
- Describe your strategy idea to the AI
- Review the generated EA configuration
- Make manual adjustments as needed
- Export and backtest in MetaTrader 5
- Analyze results and iterate
- Optimize parameters based on backtesting
- Test on demo account
- Go live with proper risk management
