1. Overview
At AlgoBuilder, we strive to provide exceptional value to our users. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for AlgoBuilder Pro subscriptions.
We encourage all users to thoroughly test our free tier before upgrading to Pro to ensure the Service meets your needs. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New Subscribers: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you're not satisfied with AlgoBuilder Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee, you must:
- Be a first-time Pro subscriber (the guarantee applies only to your first Pro subscription)
- Request the refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date
- Submit a refund request through the proper channels (see Section 6)
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
- Not have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
2.2 Exclusions
The 7-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to:
- Subscription renewals (only the initial purchase)
- Users who have previously received a refund for AlgoBuilder Pro
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period
3. Subscription Renewals
Important: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We recommend managing your subscription settings carefully and canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
AlgoBuilder Pro subscriptions automatically renew monthly. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged.
3.1 Cancellation Before Renewal
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel before your renewal date, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
3.2 No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain Pro access until the end of your paid period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests outside the standard 7-day guarantee period for exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service Outages: Prolonged service unavailability that significantly impacts your ability to use the Service
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
- Technical Issues: Critical bugs that prevent you from using core features, which we cannot resolve in a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We may request documentation or additional information to process such requests.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: After the 7-day guarantee period has expired
- Lack of Use: Failure to use the Service does not qualify for a refund
- Trading Losses: Financial losses from using Expert Advisors created with AlgoBuilder
- Technical Proficiency: Difficulty using the Service due to lack of technical knowledge
- Compatibility: Issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 5) that are beyond our control
- Terms Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Unauthorized Access: Charges resulting from failure to secure your account credentials
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at admin@algobuilder.cc with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Step 2: Include your account email address and transaction details
- Step 3: Provide a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
- Step 4: Wait for our response (typically within 2-3 business days)
6.2 Required Information
Please include the following in your refund request:
- Your AlgoBuilder account email address
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID or payment confirmation (if available)
- Reason for refund request
6.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment address within 5-10 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing
7. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No refund is issued for the current billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
7.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log in to your AlgoBuilder account, navigate to Account Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
8. Fraudulent Activity
We take fraud seriously. Any attempts to abuse our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Requesting multiple refunds by creating multiple accounts
- Intentionally violating Terms of Service to obtain a refund
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us
- Providing false information in refund requests
will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities. Users who abuse the refund policy forfeit their right to refunds and future service access.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us directly at admin@algobuilder.cc before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate account suspension. Accounts suspended due to chargebacks will only be reinstated after the chargeback is reversed and any outstanding balances are paid.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Service after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
